kpm awarded Cyber Essentials Certification
KPM Group is pleased to be awarded the Cyber Essentials certification once again.
This is an important step in ensuring the security of our – and our clients – businesses. Cyber Essentials helps us to guard against the most common cyber threats and demonstrates our commitment to cyber security.
Nigel Copp, CEO, comments “This certification demonstrates our commitment to online security, for both our business and our clients. In this age of data privacy and GDPR, it reassures customers that we have the right systems in place to ensure data security.”
As print and mail specialists, kpm deal with customer files and mailing lists every day. It’s vital that businesses trust that your data is in safe hands. “Secure data processes are the heart of our business. We have extensive policies in place to ensure ongoing integrity” adds Copp.
In addition, kpm also hold the GDPR Management Standard from QG.
What is Cyber Essentials?
Cyber Essentials is a certification which is reviewed by an external Certifying Body, QG Management Standards. It relates to security controls and the secure configuration of an organisation’s computing resources.
The Certificate certifies that we meet the required implementation profile [BIS/14/696/1.5] and that our ICT defences have been assessed as satisfactory against commodity based cyber-attack.
This certification demonstrates our commitment to online security, for both our business and our clients. In this age of data privacy and GDPR, Cyber Essentials reassures customers that we have the right systems in place to ensure data security.
