We have recently expanded our colour digital and mono laser print personalisation capabilities with investment in the latest Xerox printing technology. The installation of the new Xerox Versant 4100 and Primelink B9136 machines increases our strong print capacity even further.

Guillotine

2 x Technel Guillotines – High-speed sheeting from reels. Up to 18″ wide 

Finishing

MBO T69 Folder – Wide path round pile 8 plate feed folder. Slitting, trimming & guttering
Pafra Glue System – Applies lines or dots of permanent glue on folding systems
HH Time Cutting System – Selected time cuts and perforations. Can cut out a section of a lasered document whilst folding
HH M7 Special Finishing Line – 3 unit multi plate system for folding and cross-folding. Accepts time cutting & glueing heads for special finishing
Split & Merge Finishing Line – From reels or packs. Split A3 to two A4 and feed left document on top of right document to allow personalised text to face forward.
High Speed Label Attacher – Applies self-adhesive stickers from reels or fan-folded packs

Polythene Wrapping

Hand Enclosing

With our experienced team of up to 30 bench staff we can handle any type of fulfilment project, from standard envelope enclosing with multiple inserts to polybag enclosing and fulfilment into boxes, including blind matching, multiple matching, spot glueing, tabbing and collating.
100% reconciliation with scanned file based enclosing system (on request).
