Job description

After a busy year relocating and expanding our company, we are looking for someone to join our team as a Specialist Project Manager. If you have account management experience in print and mail, working with clients in the financial services sector, then we would love to hear from you.

Main job responsibilities:

  • Client account management – brief taking, reviews and ongoing customer service
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to client’s problems
  • Estimating, cost management, invoicing and profit analysis
  • Provide clients with full scheduling for projects – working with production managers and external partners
  • Supplier management
  • Attend client and supplier meetings as required on or off-site
  • Responsible for ensuring internal production departments are supplied with full and complete briefs and instructions relating to all production areas
  • Ability to work independently when needed and offer guidance to junior members of the team
  • Has a positive attitude and responds well to fast-paced, sometimes pressured environment

You will be working as part of a team and we can offer the right person an exciting opportunity to work on some blue-chip accounts in the fund management, shareholder communications and regulated market sectors.

Laser Print Room Supervisor

Job description

This role requires you to manage the workflow in our laser room, ensuring mailing and production schedules are met. This includes liaising with data programmers to request work and pushing jobs through the factory workflow to ensure maximum capacity is being met throughout the production department.

Daily duties include:

  • To operate personalisation lines (laser printers and ink jet)
  • Liaise with engineers to minimise machine down time including monitoring and review of service call times and effectiveness including service reviews on all machines
  • To identify training needs in the laser room for both new and current equipment and implement training solutions
  • To ensure adequate shift cover is planned and available to cover basic shift hours during times of full staffing levels
  • To monitor and maintain consumables and raw material stocks in the laser room
  • To review work instructions and output times to improve efficiency and reduce costs


To perform this role, the following skills would be advantageous:

You should be confident in all office products and experience in a direct mail production environment would be an advantage. The role is based in Borough Green, Kent and is a permanent, full time position.

Working hours

Please note that this position has a rolling 8-hour shift pattern and you will be required to work two shift patterns:

Shift 1: 7.00am to 3.30pm
Shift 2: 8.30am to 5.00pm
