Job description

After a busy year relocating and expanding our company, we are looking for someone to join our team as a Specialist Project Manager. If you have account management experience in print and mail, working with clients in the financial services sector, then we would love to hear from you.

Main job responsibilities:

  • Client account management – brief taking, reviews and ongoing customer service
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to client’s problems
  • Estimating, cost management, invoicing and profit analysis
  • Provide clients with full scheduling for projects – working with production managers and external partners
  • Supplier management
  • Attend client and supplier meetings as required on or off-site
  • Responsible for ensuring internal production departments are supplied with full and complete briefs and instructions relating to all production areas
  • Ability to work independently when needed and offer guidance to junior members of the team
  • Has a positive attitude and responds well to fast-paced, sometimes pressured environment

You will be working as part of a team and we can offer the right person an exciting opportunity to work on some blue-chip accounts in the fund management, shareholder communications and regulated market sectors.

Job description

This is a great opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic and willing to succeed in a busy environment. Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Computer literate • A good all-rounder • Looking to grow and make the role your own

Assist and support the client services, finance and sales departments through:

  • Office Administration 1. Answering main phone lines 2. Produce a schedule for daily production meetings 3. Daily filing of job bags and other ad hoc documents 4. Maintain the internal job bag system including GDPR screening 5. Ordering and stock management of company stationery 6. Assist with client hosting during client on-site visits 7. Manage Staff Annual Leave requests
  • Transport Management 1. Ordering couriers for same-day services 2. Entering all ordered deliveries onto job management system 3. Assist where required customer queries regarding overnight/tracked items
  • Postal Management 1. Ordering daily postal collections 2. Stock management of postal supplies and consumables 3. Ad hoc postal docket completion 4. Compile and update supplier pricing and offer advice on best services to use 5. Regular price checking of all postal services
  • Production Liaison 1. Maintain stock of company forms and documents for internal production department use 2. Issue PO’s for internal material ordering 3. Occasional ordering of replenishment stock/sundries as required

  • Mailing Machine Operators: experience in working on a busy mailing floor operating automated enclosing lines, preferably with experience of using camera reading technology
  • Laser Room Operators: experienced in operating Xerox laser printing equipment – artwork and document layout skills are preferable
  • Finishing Line Operators: all round experience in direct mail print finishing
